PTSO Election NEWS!!!

• Please congratulate (and thank!) our new PTSO officers: President Nellie Beaman-Mosher, Vice President Yinka Mundy and Treasurer Tracy Kamis.
• At our September meeting, we decided to meet every other month.  Gemma Rosenburg offered to get updates from the AOS Administration for the alternate month and posted in AOS Updates.

• Mrs. Virgo makes a fabulous class banner for every year.  She has given each student a template for a personalized square for the banner.  If your child still requires a template, please contact Mrs. Virgo.  The 9th and 10th grade banners are under construction, while the 11th and 12th grade banners are already displayed.  Fewer than half of the 11th graders have returned their square, so PLEASE remind your student to complete this fun task.
• You can purchase our awesome Academy of Science window decals from Mrs. Virgo for $5 (exact change preferred, please!).
• Like to plan parties and events?  We are looking for a team of two parents to head up the PTSO Activities Committee.  This is an excellent way to support the students and the AOS.  Put your planning skills to use.  Contact Mary Bowers for more information Mary Bowers.
